What counts as an event?
A decision-evaluated event is an inbound alert or monitoring signal that ADCON processes and routes to one of: show, group, suppress, or abstain.
Raw duplicates that never reach a decision, and rejected or malformed payloads, are not counted.
About ADBP
ADBP is a decision-quality and governance layer. It is not the live webhook runtime.
Full ADBP output requires approved schema fields such as prediction, recommended action, actual action, and realized outcome. When those fields are present, ADBP can produce decision-utility, calibration, authority, and related governance evidence, including report exports.
