Terms for using Alert Decision software services.
Effective date: 10 September 2026.
Alert Decision is the brand used by the individual developer operating www.alertdecision.com to offer the software services described on this website. These Terms apply to evaluations, subscriptions and other digital access provided through Alert Decision.
1. Products and service
Alert Decision offers digital software services centered on ADCON Alert Decision Controller and ADBP Alert Decision Benchmark Platform. ADCON provides decision control for monitoring alerts and incident workflows. ADBP provides decision-quality benchmark and governance evidence. Features, usage limits and included deliverables for each commercial plan are described on the website pricing section or, for Enterprise, in a written quote or order document.
2. Evaluations and paid plans
The Free Audit is an evaluation and does not require payment. Starter and Growth are monthly digital software subscriptions unless another term is agreed in writing. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Enterprise access, volumes and commercial terms are defined in the applicable written quote or order document.
3. Pricing, taxes and payment
Public prices are shown on the website. Taxes or other mandatory charges, where applicable, are presented during checkout. Paid access begins after successful payment or other agreed commercial authorization. Alert Decision does not sell physical goods.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription to stop future renewals. Unless applicable law or the Refund Policy requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access remains available for that period.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Alert Decision Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
6. Customer responsibilities
You must have the right to submit any data you provide for evaluation or processing, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data supplied to the service.
7. Security and data handling
Current security and data-handling practices are described on the Security & Data Handling page. Do not send sensitive production telemetry by ordinary email unless explicitly agreed.
8. Intellectual property
Alert Decision and its software, product names, documentation, designs and service materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. A subscription or evaluation grants only the right to use the service within the applicable plan and does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or documentation.
9. Service availability and changes
Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued as the products evolve. Material changes that affect a paid customer's current subscription will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner. No specific uptime or service-level commitment applies unless agreed in writing.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
The service provides operational decision-support and benchmark outputs. Customers remain responsible for production monitoring, incident response and operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Third-party services
References to third-party monitoring, incident-management or collaboration products describe interoperability or integration context only and do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification.
12. Support and notices
Support, billing and legal questions may be sent to info@alertdecision.com. Notices sent by Alert Decision may be delivered to the email address associated with the customer's account or order.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, commercial model or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
